Reminders:

 

Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated during the walk

 

Wear a hat

 

Wear Sunscreen

 

Wear loose comfortable clothing and supportive footwear

 

Please inform staff at anytime if you are not feeling well

 

Bring a snack

 

Eat a well balanced breakfast before coming out for the walk

 

 

 

NOTE: Walks may be canceled due to heat advisory or severe weather

 

Poles and instruction are provided

 

Poles are to be returned after each walk to a staff member
